HR Systems – (Absenteeism, Idle time, Attrition, Non-value added activities)

CSR strives to create more efficient HR systems that follow better hiring practices and contribute to the prevention of labour issues. Another major aim of the training service is to create an inclusive production environment that can support the integration of juvenile workers and pregnant workers who might have shorter hours and higher requirements in terms of health & safety.

The training will address the following challenges:

  • Low productivity and efficiency
  • High employee turnover and absenteeism
  • Underage workers/child labour
  • Shortage of skilled labour
  • Ineffective systems for integrating young workers into the workforce
  • Compliance issues
  • Quality issues
  • Low profitability

Human Resources Management – (Policies and Procedures)

The training helps the team identify gaps in current and future HR needs, describes the components of an effective HR system and the relationship between productivity and good HR management and implements structured procedures and policies that support an effective HR system.
